ACL Surgery Exercises Week 2

For week 2 I continued with all of the exercises from week 1 including, heel prop, heel slides, prone knee flexion and straight leg raises. A few exercises were added including lunges, sit/stand and single leg balance. The balance exercises two weeks after surgery were definitely difficult as you can see in the videos below.

My favorite exercise from week 2 is definitely the lunge, although I know my form being bent over is terrible I really found it activated my quads and got my balance improving.

Back should be straight and eyes up but knee isnt in front of foot so I am happy with that
