If you have any ACL surgery questions I would be happy to try and answer them for you. I am not a doctor or any kind of medical proffesional but have studied up on how best to quickly recover from ACL surgery.
I have been answering peoples questions about ACL surgery for a couple years now and look forward to helping other people. Whether you are wondering what the best ACL surgery recovery timeline is or what are some exercises you can be doing to be able to return to running after ACL surgery I can hopefully provide some help.

My name is Jon Haver, I have torn my ACL in my right leg twice and along the way have learned a thing or two about how to recover from ACL knee surgery. With the latest surgery Dec 8, 2010 I plan on sharing the exercises, pain mangement strategy and timeline for my recovery. In addition to helping people with their ACL surgery recovery the purpose of this site is to help me stay fully committed to my ACL rehab and be certain this was my last ACL surgery.

I just wrote to you and I forgot to ask could squats have thorn it again? I went to doctor and he said nothing is wrong. But I have problem waking which I did not have a month ago.
What are symptoms of a raptured acl graft?
I am in pain and there are so many puping sounds inside my knee. No swelling.
My doctor says it’s lack of excercize. I am wondering if I should go for another MRI. It’s my right knee and to the right of it the muscle hurts and also my ankle.
I don’t have insurance and would hate to have to go through this again. It has been 6 months now.
Also my knee cap hurts inside.
I would appreciate your comments.
Hey, I’m about 3 weeks in my post acl surgery and I was wondering if working out on my upper body such as standing bicep curls is safe?
