If you have any ACL surgery questions I would be happy to try and answer them for you. I am not a doctor or any kind of medical proffesional but have studied up on how best to quickly recover from ACL surgery.

I have been answering peoples questions about ACL surgery for a couple years now and look forward to helping other people.  Whether you are wondering what the best ACL surgery recovery timeline is or what are some exercises you can be doing to be able to return to running after ACL surgery I can hopefully provide some help.

    Hello John,

I have 4 year old ACL ligament tear in both of my knee. I am able to walk and do normal work. Lately I have started walking around 25 min. at a stretch.

I just wanted to know whether long walk while have ACL tear is advisable or not? If not, does it damage my knee?

    If you know, please reply.

    Best wishes,
    Jayesh
