The prone knee flexion involves low impact slow movement of the treated leg to the full extent of the range of motion the knee is able to achieve.

Lie flat on your stomach bend your injured knee trying to bring your heel as close to your butt as possible. Reducing swelling will help increase the range you can bring the foot.
